3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is processed for specific purposes based on how you provided it to us:

This data is stored and retained strictly in accordance with our local GDPR Policy.
Outside of the specific petition sharing outlined above, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your email address for external marketing or newsletter campaigns.
4. Future Changes to Data Processing
There is no intention, at present, to use your personal data for anything other than the operational community, survey, and petition features outlined in Section 3.
However, as the Elemore Collective grows, our digital offerings may evolve. This limitation on data usage may be subject to change in the future. In the event that we intend to process your personal data for a new purpose (such as an opt-in community newsletter), a new, updated Privacy Policy will be submitted and published. Where legally required under the UK and EU GDPR, we will seek your explicit renewed consent before any such changes take effect.
5. Data Security & Storage
Your data is stored securely in our site database. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or alteration.
