We are the Elemore Collective. We tendered for the Cafe & Garden Centre following the departure of the previous tenant. After a long and rigorous process, we were awarded the lease for the Cafe & Garden Centre and we're really keen to get to work and open the site up to the public.

We have conducted a survey to get your thoughts on what you want to see at Elemore Park, Cafe & Garden Centre, as well as letting us know what we can do to entice you to come along and see us.

We were aiming to open the doors in Summer 2026, but we have now been informed that Councillors have put the application on hold.

We are calling on Councillors and Sunderland City Council to progress the Elemore Collective CIC application, complete the lease and allow us to open the doors to you all.
