Community Guidelines

At the Elemore Collective, we believe in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and vibrant community space—both physically at the park and digitally on our website. To ensure this platform remains a positive environment for all our members, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

Treat your fellow community members with kindness and respect. We encourage open discussions and the sharing of diverse opinions, but disagreements must remain civil. Name-calling, hostility, and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. No Hate Speech or Bullying

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, intimidation, and hate speech. Any content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age will be immediately removed.

3. Appropriate Content

Keep your contributions relevant to the Elemore Collective and our local community. Please refrain from posting:

• Spam, repetitive posts, or unsolicited commercial advertising.
• Adult, explicit, or highly graphic content.
• Misinformation or harmful links.
• Illegal material or content that violates intellectual property rights.

4. Moderation & Reporting

To help us maintain these standards, you will find a "Report" flag next to user comments, posts, and cafe reviews. If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it.

The Moderation Process:

1. When an item is reported, it is immediately flagged in our moderation queue for administrator review. Depending on the severity, the content may be temporarily hidden pending review.
2. A site moderator will assess the reported content against these community guidelines.
3. The moderator will then take appropriate action: either dismissing the report (if no violation occurred), permanently removing the content, or issuing a formal warning to the user.

Please note: The ability to leave comments and interact with posts is a privilege enabled at the sole discretion of the site moderators. Public commenting features may be disabled entirely, either site-wide or on specific posts, at any time without prior notice.

5. Consequences of Violations

We want everyone to enjoy using this site, but we must protect the community. Users who violate these guidelines may be subject to:

• A written warning regarding their behavior.
• The immediate removal of their content or comments.
• A temporary suspension of their account privileges.
• A permanent ban from the Elemore Collective website for severe or repeated offenses.
